PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST. NOT ALL DESIGNS ARE POSSIBLE. These cards are Not Printed, they are cut out in different colors and press fit together by hand, which can take several days per box. They also require a lot of testing which means some designs simply are not possible. Box of 50 Laser Cut Business Cards starts at $300. Laser Cut and Engraved Acrylic Combination Business Cards are a custom option that we can offer. Prices start at $6 per card depending on size and complexity of design.
The process of creating these cards starts with cutting out the logo (shown below). Please keep in mind that a lot of detail is either not possible or takes a huge amount of time. We suggest a maximum of one or two pieces for a base price. Since all pieces are tested extensively, the fewer the pieces the less setup and testing will be.
The second step is to cut out the secondary color, such as the neon green shown in the example below. The neon part is cut slightly larger than the previous cut which will make it fit tightly into the cut from the previos step.
The image below shows the result of pressing one cut out piece of acrylic into the other piece.
The image below shows the final result with the cut out black card and newly cut neon yellow/green acrylic pieces that fit perfectly together. The color combination is up to you, we can order just about any color. However, if we do not stock a particular color, an extra fee will be required to order it.
