Along with the design number, please include what you would like to see on the card; large name which can be a company name, your name (surname, first name or both), it can be a logo or a symbol or even a signature. Also include whether you would like the large text or logo to be to the right, left or centered. The same goes for the alignment of the name, address, email, etc.
