Shipping & Return Policy

Returns

No returns, refunds or exchanges on custom engraving

We cannot offer refunds or returns on custom engraved items. If information is incorrect please inform us as soon as possible. We are not able to redo or refund engraving that contains errors submitted by the customer. For all other items returns are accepted within 14 days.

 

Where We Ship

United States (48 contiguous United States)
We strive to get your shoes to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is only $7.95 for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. Your order will ship via USPS, please allow between 6-10 business days for your order to arrive.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers
The cost for shipping is $24.95 for each item in the order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via USPS, please allow between 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam Customers
The cost for shipping is $24.95 for each item in the order. Your order will ship via USPS, please allow between 6-10 business days for your order to arrive.

Canadian Customers
The cost for shipping is $24.95 for each item in the order. Your order will ship via USPS, please allow between 6-10 business days for your order to arrive.

International Customers
The cost for shipping is $24.95 for each item in the order. Your order will ship via USPS, please allow between 6-10 business days for your order to arrive.

 

Shipping Procedures

Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped.   This email is sent after the first USPS scan.  The email will include the USPS tracking number.  You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.  You can check the status of your order anytime.

Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order
You can check the status of your order anytime in  Order Status.  We will also keep you updated on your order status via email.
To check the status of your order anytime:
1.    Click Order Status and sign in using your email address and password or your email address and order number.
2.    This will bring to Order Details, click on the tracking number to the right of any item to get up-to-date information from USPS.

Delivering Your Package

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
•    Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
•    Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
