Wood and Leather Screw Post Portfolio – 11″ x 17″

The portfolio book has a front and back cover with custom engraving, leather binding, optional hand hammered copper rivets or screw posts, and an option of screw posts for inserting pages. The portfolio cover is sized to hold 17″ x 11″ paper. Larger or smaller sizes and any shape is possible, however, some shapes or sizes might have additional fees (see related products for details). For custom sizes we charge a flat rate of $100 as we have to custom make the binding to size. Custom portfolio designed by us will have a charge of $5o per hour with a minimum of 1 hour. Submit your design for free. Approximately 1-2 days to complete orders (sometimes same day shipping is possible). Please do contact us prior to purchasing if you have a tight deadline. Turnaround time can vary if we have large rush orders to complete.

Pricing:

To keep it simple we offer a flat rate for pricing. If purchasing multiple portfolios we do allow multiple designs, logos or names, they do not all have to be the same. All portfolios come with free engraving. Send us an email with instructions and / or design files.

Engraving	Dark Brown engraving (no color possible, We will offer screen printed color graphics as of fall 2017). Engraving burns off a layer of material resulting in the brown / burn look shown in the images. We are not able to add add a color with the laser. Layout and Dimensions

There are two options for the layout of the portfolio. Depending on preference, you can either punch holes directly into the pages or use portfolio adhesive inserts (we made a very basic DIY page for those who want to make their own inserts). Using inserts will make the portfolio slightly longer. If you choose this option we will make the portfolio 17.5″ long. If you are punching holes directly into the pages we can make it shorter to align with the pages. You can of course also choose the longer one and use it to punch holes directly into pages, you will have some overhang, but the benefit is you can add inserts if you later decide to. If you choose the shorter version, you will not be able to use them with inserts.

The illustration below gives an example of what the interior of the portfolio would look like. Left illustrates holes punched directly into the pages. The image on the right shows the inserts added. The inserts are typically 1.5″ with a 0.5″ adhesive strip. This means the portfolio will need to be a bit longer to accommodate the extra space used by the inserts.
